Celebrating St. Patrick with Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes


Don't mind the horrid lighting.
I made these for Mr. T and I's offices this week. Delicious! One piece of advice- don't think you're being smart by making the frosting first. It hardens and is a bitch to decorate with. And the sprinkles don't stick that way.
Also, if you want to cut some of the sweetness in the icing use half Baileys and half milk. (shown above)
